These terms govern use of MCP Queen's website, APIs, MCP tools, evidence pages, reports, alerts, and badges. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
MCP Queen publishes discovery results and dated observations about MCP servers. Operational grades measure observable behavior such as reachability, protocol support, tool metadata, latency, and provenance. They are not security certifications, warranties, endorsements, or guarantees of availability, accuracy, fitness, or future behavior. Missing evidence means unaudited, not safe.
You are responsible for evaluating a server before connecting it, applying least privilege, reviewing requested permissions, protecting credentials, and monitoring tools that can access data or take actions. Do not use MCP Queen to violate law, interfere with systems, evade access controls, distribute malware, misrepresent an operational grade as a security certification, or overload the service.
MCP Queen indexes third-party servers, repositories, websites, and registry records. Those services are controlled by their operators and governed by their own terms. We do not control their availability, security, content, pricing, permissions, or data practices. A link, listing, grade, Trust Receipt, or badge does not create a partnership or endorsement.
Only submit reports based on actual use. Reports must be factual and must not contain secrets, sensitive personal information, unlawful content, or material you lack permission to share. You grant MCP Queen permission to store, review, reproduce, edit for clarity, and publish an accepted report in connection with the evidence registry. Reports never change grades automatically.
We may change, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue any part of the service; correct or remove evidence; and update these terms. Live grades and badges may change whenever new observations are recorded.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. MCP Queen is not a substitute for source-code review, security testing, vendor diligence, professional advice, or your own evaluation of a server.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MCP QUEEN AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE OR A THIRD-PARTY SERVER.
